In 325 AD, in the city of Nicea, the Christian church took a stand against error and formulated a creed, a summary of the most important teachings of Holy Scripture. The creed affirms key doctrines about the Trinity, stating that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are of the same divine essence. It emphasizes the eternal nature of Christ, His incarnation, crucifixion, resurrection, and future return.
Since 2025 is the 1700 year anniversary of the Nicene Creed, we are giving an entire year to studying the creed, line-by-line. Here you will find the lectures and discussion group questionnaires. Be sure to check back often.
