What is This Class?
- The Proclaimers Class is biweekly training course designed to equip disciples of Christ who desire to know God’s word and to teach it to others. It is an introduction to the methods and styles of Bible study and communicating the truths of Scripture.
What is the Purpose of this Class?
- The goal of this class is equip you with the tools needed to understand the Bible, apply the truths of the Bible to your lives, and to help others do the same.
- We move forward toward Christ; We look backward to bring others to Christ.
Who Is It For?
- This class is for anyone who desires to grow in their understanding of God’s Word, how to discover the meaning of a text of Scripture, apply it, and communicate it to others. It’s for anyone who want’s to be more effective in discipling and/or teaching.
- We believe in sola scriptura. That is, we believe Scripture is the final authority in our church and in our lives. We believe it is sufficient for all things in life and godliness. We believe its meaning is clear and ought to be studied by everyone. This course is designed to help you mine the Scriptures for the truths within.
