Pastor Steve Minter serves as the Executive Pastor of Piqua Baptist Church where he oversees the various ministries of the church. Along with acting as liaison between the Ministry Teams and the Elders, he works along side the deacons, among other duties. Pastor Steve and his wife Alyssa began attending CornerstonePiqua in 2016. After going through the Pastoral Candidacy he was ordained in August of 2020. Throughout 2022 he had the privilege of working with the elders of Piqua Baptist and CornerstonePiqua as they brought the two Churches together. The merger of the two churches was voted on in January of 2023, and he was brought on as Executive Pastor in March of that year.

Before coming on as Executive Pastor he worked as an insurance restoration foreman, and over the years has worked in various construction trades.
